In addition to the above, if you order numbers you must make active use of your numbers (at least 1 answered call per month on free numbers and at least 1 answered call every 3 months on paid numbers). If you fail to do this, we reserve the right to remove the number without notice.
Once you have submitted your connection request, we aim to provision accounts within a few hours of submission during office hours.
