We can offer add-ons to fix costs. To order a add-on, simply order online (takes immediate effect). You can have multiples of the same add-on type in the account so the benefits add up. (i.e 5 add-on of the 2000 minute plan equals a total usage of 10,000 minutes allowed). Minutes are shared across all connections you have in your account.
Outbound Trunk Offers
Important: Add-ons will automatically renew at the beginning of each month (1st of each month). If you do not have enough funds to renew a add-on, ALL of your add-ons will be removed and any numbers that were free because of the add-on(s) will then be charged the standard renewal rate. We can reconnect numbers to a new add-on (making them free again), but there is a £1 per number admin fee (minimum £10 fee) for doing so.
To seperate prepayment balances and addons, we now provide the ability for customers to pay for their addons via monthly direct debit. Due to the administrative resources involved in setting this up, addons must be kept for atleast a 12 month period (i.e 12 month minimum term). You must also be spending £15/mth or more on addons. To set this up, please contact us.
*Landline is seen as 01/02/03. Mobile is calls to Three, Vodafone, O2, EE (Orange & T-Mobile) numbers, also known as "MOB MTR" chargeband in our ratesheet.
**Our add-ons are very competitive and on occasions have been abused. Users would put their trunk to only route calls to mobiles without calling elsewhere (someimes also reselling access) which is not the normal use we would see. In normal scenarios, users would have calls to landlines, mobiles and 03 which is how the package has been designed and priced. 99% of users are not effected by this and need not worry. If your in doubt that your usage may mean most if not all your calls are only to landline, mobile or 03, get in touch first as we may need to verify your usage (9 in 10 times we say go ahead and add the add-on).
If you have a query about our service or how to migrate from your current setup to us (it’s easier than you think) then open a support ticket.
